We will post any changes to these terms and conditions on this website and it is your responsibility to read these terms before using this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.



PHONE INFORMATION:
IMEI of your phone is very important for unlocking purposes. When providing us with an IMEI, make sure it is correct. The best way to get the IMEI of your phone is by typing *#06# on your phone keypad. Your phone will then display a your 15 digit number. In some cases, especially if you look in the battery compartment of your phone, your IMEI number may be up to 17 digits long. For our purposes we only need the first 15 numbers. If your phone requires a defreeze code, please contact us prior to ordering so we can advise you before you place your order. You are also asked to give us information about your phone's current service provided. Please be sure that we need the current service provider that your phone is locked to and NOT the service provider you intend to use your phone with. Please double check this information before you submit it to us. Once your information has been submitted and your order is confirmed, we are unable to change phone details. We will not be able to issue refunds if incorrect information has been provided to us.



REFUND POLICY:
If for some reason, we are unable to provide a code, we will issue a 100% refund. Our accounts department will process your refund and communicate with you via email to make sure the refund process is completed promptly. Though most, but not all codes are provided within 30 minutes. In some situations we require up to 48 hours or more to obtain a code. If you are in urgent need of a code and are unable to wait for at least 24 hours for your unlock code, please contact us prior to ordering so we can advise you accordingly.

In some cases we may require video proof if it's claimed that our provided unlock codes does not unlock the device. We are unable to provide refunds in cases where an incorrect IMEI is provided by the customer, phone is not activated properly, is not prompting for an unlock code, or if the phone was previously hardlocked (No attempts left to input the unlock code). 

Also, please contact us prior to ordering if your Samsung Phone has "Device Unlock App" installed. This concerns last version of Samsung released after June 2015. Code will not work on phones with "Device Unlock App" therefore we strongly advise that you contact us if you need to unlock your device.

CANCELLATIONS:
Due to our fast order processing we are unable to cancel orders once an order is placed. We strongly advise that you double check all information prior to placing an order so an undue need for order cancellation does not arise.
